In short, acne is a disease caused by inflammation. Not everyone gets acne because of varying genetics/DNA. This is why you can’t eat whatever you want without getting acne and your friends can. You were unfortunately dealt a bad hand and you just need to deal with it. That may not be what you want to hear but it’s the truth.
Inflammation is caused in huge part by diet. There are certain foods you MUST avoid if you wish you completely cure your acne. It’s that simple. Vegetable oil is one of the biggest culprits and if you ingest it regularly, I highly suggest you stop right now. This is one of the biggest and easiest things you can do to stop acne in it’s tracks.
Besides eating better and avoiding acne causing ‘disaster foods’, you will want to supplement with a few (only 3 in my opinion are necessary) high quality ALL NATURAL supplements. One such supplement that I highly recommend is Spirulina. Spirulina is one of the most nutrient rich foods in the entire world and will start to destroy acne almost immediately. It’s also not very expensive and can be purchased just about anywhere. There are other supplements you will absolutely want to incorporate into your daily routine as well, but they are very important (not only for acne, but for general health) and inexpensive.
There is more to curing acne than just avoiding vegetable oils and taking Spirulina, but it’s really not as hard as you may think. It doesn’t matter how old you are or how long you’ve had acne, if you get the right information you can be completely acne free in a few short weeks, just like me.
